• GSA 8(a) STARS II GWAC - Agencies receive 8(a) Set-Aside credit for Task Orders issued on this GWAC. It can be used by all Federal Civilian and Defense agencies. Task Orders up to $ 4 million can be made with no bid. Ceiling is $10 billion.
